Our Policies
Clear, Fair, and Transparent
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full fare. For special events and multi-hour bookings, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. Refunds are issued in USD.
Wait Time Policy
For airport pickups, we provide a complimentary 45-minute wait period after your flight lands. For all other pickups, a 15-minute grace period is included. Additional wait time is billed at $15 USD per 15-minute increment.
